Class members will be challenged to try different poses and variations of the basic poses to develop their practice. Modifications will still be offered to everyone! Class will end with a final relaxation for the mind to compliment the prior work of the body.

Align and Flow – All Levels Class (Thursday 5:30-6:30 p.m.), Instructor: Anna Welsh
ALL levels class. In this dynamic class we will move mindfully through postures aligning breath, movement, body and mind. You will be challenged to build strength and flexibility in the body. Give the mind a much needed break from the stresses of your week and just focus on the flow. This class is great for the beginner who is unsure of placement of their body and will help build confidence for these movements. This class is also great for a well-seasoned yogi to build on already learned skills and expand in their bodies! No matter where you are in your practice this class will give your body and mind what it needs. Enjoy!

Yoga Flow (Saturday 8:30-9:45 a.m.), Instructor: Allison Dye
A classic format of breath work (pranayama), vinyasa flow (one breath, one movement), core strengthening, and deep myofascial release; ending with restorative savasana and meditation. Appropriate for an "advanced" beginner to intermediate level.

Pilates Matwork (Saturday 10:00-10:45 a.m.), Instructor: Allison Dye
Low repetition, precision based therapeutic exercise. For those who want core strength and improved mobility in the hips and shoulders. The end result is a body of muscle balance and neutral postural alignment (where the body sits in perfect symmetry, reducing aches and strain with daily movement). The strength training of choice for ballet dancers and the perfect cross train, to, well, anything else!
