(The Pilates classes are challenging core workouts, and participants must have a base level of fitness, be able to get up and down from the floor, and not have any current spinal injury or acute back pain)

All classes are $5.00 per class when you register and prepay for a 10 week session. Space is limited to 15 per class. Drop-ins are welcome at $8.00 per class if not full.
